Two homes described as “on Hennur Road” can have very different daily journeys. The entrance, connecting roads and traffic near your workplace all affect how convenient a home feels.
Before visiting, ask for a map pin for the actual project site. Confirm that it is not just the sales office or meeting point. This avoids travelling to the wrong place.
If you travel to work daily
Check the route from the confirmed site entrance to your workplace gate. If you work at Manyata Tech Park, use your actual office entrance rather than a general map marker.
Try the journey around your usual morning and evening travel times. A quiet weekend drive may give a different impression.
If you are moving with family
Look at the places you will use regularly: school, groceries, medical care and family visits. Check the route, not just the distance shown on a map.
If school transport matters, ask the school directly whether it serves the project location.
How far is it from the airport or Manyata?
We cannot give a reliable project-specific distance or travel time until the exact entrance is confirmed. Once you receive the pin, check the route for the time of day you expect to travel.
A future road or metro proposal should be considered separately from transport you can use today. Plan your daily routine around the connections currently available.
